Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and REQUIRED OWNER INPUT: legal name of the operator (“Vitindo”, “we”) for the use of the Vitindo service at app.vitindo.com. Vitindo is intended for business use by personal trainers, gyms and studios. By creating an account you accept these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you sign up for.

1. The service

Vitindo helps trainers record their clients' workouts, previous performance, progress measurements and memberships, and sends membership reminder emails on their behalf. It is provided as it is at any given time; we improve it over time and may change or remove features. It does not provide medical, health or nutrition advice.

2. Accounts

• The person who signs up becomes the owner of the organization's account and is responsible for the people they invite.
• Keep your password secret and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
• The information you give us, including your email address, must be accurate.

3. Free trial

A new organization gets a 30-day free trial with every feature. No payment card is needed and nothing is charged when it ends. When the trial ends, the account becomes read-only: you can still sign in and see your data, but not add or change anything, until you continue with a plan. Your data is not deleted.

4. Plans and prices

• The Trainer plan costs €15 per month. A Founding Trainer offer of €9 per month is available to the first 25 trainers who continue after their trial; its details are confirmed in writing when the plan is activated. Prices for studios with several trainers or locations are agreed individually.
• Prices are shown on vitindo.com. REQUIRED OWNER INPUT: whether prices include or exclude VAT, and the operator's VAT status
• Plans are currently arranged and paid directly with us. REQUIRED OWNER INPUT: payment method, billing period, when payment is due and the refund policy
• We will tell you at least 30 days before any price change applies to your plan.

5. Cancellation

Nothing renews automatically at the moment. To stop using Vitindo, tell us at support@vitindo.com; when your paid period ends, your account becomes read-only, as after a trial. You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time — see the Privacy Policy.

6. Your data

• The data you and your team enter belongs to your organization. We use it only to provide Vitindo to you, as described in the Privacy Policy and on the Data processing page.
• You are responsible for having the right to record your clients' data in Vitindo — including their consent where health-related data such as weight or body fat is recorded — and for the reminder emails you choose to send them.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use Vitindo to:

• send emails to people who are not your clients, or send unwanted messages;
• store data you have no right to hold, or anything unlawful;
• try to access other organizations' data, test or overload our systems, or get around limits we set;
• resell the service without our agreement.

We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where we can, we will tell you first.

8. Availability and support

We work to keep Vitindo available and your data backed up, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is by email at support@vitindo.com.

9. Liability

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Vitindo at any time (see section 5). We can end this agreement with REQUIRED OWNER INPUT: notice period notice, or immediately if you seriously break these terms. When the agreement ends, we delete your organization's data on request, or as described in the Privacy Policy.
