Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: 3 October 2026
This policy explains how to cancel a Vitindo subscription and how refunds work. Vitindo is operated by Robert Dimov, trading as Vitindo. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Who you buy from
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: you buy your Vitindo subscription from Paddle, which acts as our authorised reseller, takes the payment and issues your receipts and invoices. Refunds of payments are therefore made by Paddle, under Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. We are happy to help with any request.
2. The free trial
The 30-day free trial needs no payment card and nothing is charged when it ends, so there is nothing to cancel. When it ends, your account becomes read-only until you start a paid plan.
3. How to cancel your subscription
You can cancel at any time, in any of these ways:
- In the Vitindo app, open More → Plan & Billing → Manage billing. This opens Paddle's secure customer portal, where you can cancel the subscription.
- At paddle.net, using the email address you paid with, or through the link in any Paddle receipt.
- By contacting us (section 7). We will cancel the subscription for you once we have confirmed the request comes from the account owner.
4. What happens after you cancel
- Cancellation stops the subscription from renewing. You will not be charged again.
- It takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Until then, and for at least that period, you keep full access to Vitindo.
- After that, your account becomes read-only: you can still sign in and see your clients, workouts and progress, but not add or change anything. Automatic reminder emails to your clients stop.
- Your data is not deleted when you cancel. You can subscribe again later and carry on, or ask us to export or delete your data — see the Privacy Policy.
5. Refunds
- Canceling stops future payments; it does not by itself refund a payment already made for the current billing period.
- To ask for a refund, use the link in your Paddle receipt, visit paddle.net, or contact us. Paddle decides and processes refunds under its Refund Policy, and an approved refund goes back to your original payment method where possible.
- If you think you were charged by mistake, or something went wrong with Vitindo, please tell us. We look at every request and, where a refund is appropriate, we arrange it with Paddle.
6. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights
Depending on where you live and whether you buy as a consumer, the law may give you a right to withdraw from a purchase within a set period and receive a refund. For example, consumers in the European Union, the EEA, Switzerland and the United Kingdom generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. That right can be reduced or lost if you asked for the service to start straight away and used it during that period, as explained in Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.
Nothing in this policy or in our Terms of Service removes or limits any right you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.
